Before the project:

- •Help them set realistic goals and milestones
- •Explain the verification and drawdown process
During the campaign:
- •Encourage regular project updates to build backer confidence
- •Check in with the student periodically
- •Be responsive to drawdown requests — students may have time-sensitive purchases
After funding:
- •Review drawdown requests promptly
- •Help the student track spending against milestones
- •Celebrate their achievements!
If you have concerns:
- •Flag any issues to the platform admin team immediately
- •Contact safeguarding@futurepreneurs.co.uk for safeguarding concerns
- •You can pause a project at any time if you have serious concerns
