Creating a Project
Step-by-step guide to creating your first crowdfunding project.
Before you start:
- •Have a clear business idea
- •Know how much money you need (up to £10,000)
- •Plan your milestones (how you'll spend the money)
- •Know which teacher will mentor your project
Steps:
1From your dashboard, click "Create New Project"
2Enter your project title and choose a category
3Write a compelling description — explain your idea, why it matters, and what you'll do with the funding
4Set your funding goal (the total amount you need)
5Add milestones — break your goal into specific spending items (e.g., "Buy materials — £200")
6Upload images or a video to showcase your idea
7Select your teacher/mentor from the dropdown
8Review everything and submit
What happens next?
Your project goes to your teacher for verification, then to your parent for consent. Once both approve, it goes live!
