Payment Issues
Troubleshooting problems with payments and backing.
Card declined:
- •Check your card details are entered correctly
- •Ensure your card hasn't expired
- •Check you have sufficient funds
- •Some banks block online payments by default — contact your bank if needed
Payment processing error:
- •Try again in a few minutes
- •Try a different payment method
- •Clear your browser cache and cookies
Charged but don't see my backing:
Payments can take a few moments to process. Refresh the page. If it still doesn't appear after 15 minutes, contact us.
Refund issues:
If a project doesn't reach its goal, no charge is made. For funded project refunds, see our Terms of Service or contact hello@futurepreneurs.co.uk.
