Futurepreneurs charges a 2.5% platform fee on successfully funded projects. This fee is only charged when a project reaches its funding goal.
Example:
- •Funding goal: £1,000
- •Platform fee (2.5%): £25
- •Student receives: £975
- •(Standard payment processing fees from Stripe also apply)
What does the fee cover?
- •Platform hosting and maintenance
- •Payment processing infrastructure
- •Safety and moderation systems
- •Customer support
When is the fee charged?
Only when a project reaches its goal. If a project doesn't reach its goal, there are no fees at all.
